A teacher should evaluate students’ skills, whether they are just aware of the way of knowledge application, they may easily apply information obtained, or they know how to apply this information in various cases and practically prove that. The last stage of skills grading is how students apply new skills, in case students masterly cope with knowledge application, they deserve “A”.

Students’ Attitude

A teacher may give directions while students perform any assignment. That is important if a professional teacher finds a potential and desire in students to perform certain tasks. Sometimes to direct the ones genuinely interested in a topic students is more beneficial than to force simply smart students to work on new assignments. If a student responds to any teacher’s critical comments, and improves, that is also a proof of conscious striving for a perfect task implementation.

Solid Knowledge

Sometimes, it is good to double check before grading students, and that may be possible with recalling. If a student shows absolute awareness of the early learning, that is a solid proof of knowledge future relevant application. A teacher may ask students to compare new topic with a previous one and how they may be interconnected. Any ideas as for the relevant and irrelevant fields of new knowledge and skills application may be an indicator of thorough understanding and excellent mark.

An objective students’ evaluation comprises their ability to attain knowledge, analyze and apply them appropriately. Also, they should be focused on the information analysis and ready to consider any teacher’s critical suggestions.
